Paleo Challenge - Day 14
Two weeks down in the 30-day paleo challenge! On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being perfect, how would you rate your overall compliance?

I heard that royal buffet was pretty awesome #Chinese buffet heaven.
What I meant by metabolically deranged was that my body still looks for carbs for fuel rather than fat.
For myself, I think I've been a 9. My cheats are all related to dairy (creamer in coffee and 2% milk cappucinos.) I DID eat only 1 big scoop of green tea ice cream ( at a HUGELY delicious chinese/ japanese buffett yesterday), so think I'm doing pretty good.
Will probably stay 80% paleo after challenge is over. The reason I did it was to see if recovery was better, and have noticed I'm less sore and less sleepy - so I'm convinced it is helping.
Royal Buffett by the way (golf and roselle) - it is protein heaven. They have a cotton candy machine too -not that we eat let our kids eat that or anything.
I'm pretty sure I'm still "metabolically deranged", but I know I can overcome this over time. A challenge like this is definitely reinforcing some things I was trying to do after Thanksgiving. I'm going to keep it up after the challenge is over.
