Rory, Parker, and young Daniel are three of the most "ripped" members at CrossFit Roselle (well muscled but not close to bulky, very low body fat). None of the three take any post workout shake or any protein supplement for that matter. Coincidence?
Snatch work, 20 minutes. Go lighter with more reps or heavier with less, depending upon how you're feeling.
