Happy Friday!!!

Rory, Parker, and young Daniel are three of the most "ripped" members at CrossFit Roselle (well muscled but not close to bulky, very low body fat).  None of the three take any post workout shake or any protein supplement for that matter.  Coincidence?

Strength/Skill:

Snatch work, 20 minutes.  Go lighter with more reps or heavier with less, depending upon how you're feeling.

WOD:  21-15-9 reps for time of:
Deadlifts
Box jumps
We have 4 different weight/height combos for both men/women posted at the gym, including the competitors at 315#/205# and 30"/24" (from the 2011 Regionals WOD 3).   Pick a combo and stick with it.
