New System
The switch over to the new system should be complete by the end of the week. You are now able to start reserving classes through this website by clicking the "COMING?" tab to the left of the screen. Please remember that classes will be limited to the first 14 people who sign up. We will need to re-swipe your credit card in order to keep your account active - this will take place once the switch has been completed.
Strength/Skill:
Spend 20 minutes working on the jerk, any style. Go light and work more reps or go heavy with less reps - your call.
