Checking-In/Logging Your Scores

When you arrive at the gym, please find the trainer with the ipad and check-in.  Classes are limited to the first 14 people, so please be sure to sign up ahead of time.  Your workout times can only be uploaded at the gym, so please be sure to log it once you are finished.  Ask the trainer how to do this...

Strength/Skill:

a.  Sled pushes, 4x150' (75' down - high, 75' back - low)

b.  Ring dips, 3xME

Alternate a. and b. until all sets completed.

COMPETITOR:  Complete 3-Position Snatch x 5 prior to the above.

WOD:  5 Rounds for time of:
5 Mountain climbers (3 steps + 1 push-up = 1 rep)
10 Knees to elbows
15 Double unders
COMPETITOR WOD:  5 Rounds for time of:
5 Mountain climbers
15 Unbroken Toes to bar
30 Unbroken Double unders
