When you arrive at the gym, please find the trainer with the ipad and check-in. Classes are limited to the first 14 people, so please be sure to sign up ahead of time. Your workout times can only be uploaded at the gym, so please be sure to log it once you are finished. Ask the trainer how to do this...
Strength/Skill:
a. Sled pushes, 4x150' (75' down - high, 75' back - low)
b. Ring dips, 3xME
