Strength/Skill: Squat clean thruster, 1RM.
Competitor: 2 Power snatch doubles x 5 sets. Perform 2 power snatches (touch-and-go), drop bar, pick it up and repeat x 5 sets. Heavy, with good form. Increase weight each set if possible. Once finished, find your 1RM squat clean thruster.
WOD: Using 70-75% of your 1RM squat clean thruster, perform 5 reps every minute on the minute for 5 minutes. Then, complete 200 double unders for time. 5 burpee penalty for each break. 10 minute cap.
