Great job PJ, Joey, and Kevin. Norberto - try to get it together, alright? :zzz My goals include being strong, fit, lean, and have fun doing it. Strength and fitness is based on chasing my PRs, not someone else's cuz there will always be someone out there that is stronger, fitter, and younger. Also, like cowgirl, I want to be sure to create an environment of health for my kids, since I know from experience that a foundation of healthful eating starts as a child in the household.

I want to be hard like woodpecker lips. But more realistically, I want to eliminate "I can't" from my vocabulary. Short-term, I want to do an unassisted pull-up, and not tip over on overhead squats or do any more backwards-somersault dismounts from rowing machines. :-* Long-term, I want to set a good example for our 5-year-old daughter, so that she will grow up knowing the value of determination and hard work, and the importance of taking good care of her body.

Good Job PJ and Everyone Else Who PR'd

I also want to congratulate Kevin on his PR at 415 lb. I wasn't able to get it on video. Sorry Kevin. As for Crossfit goes, its simple for me. I'm looking to first get stronger and then better conditioned. I've learned that this will take time and will not happen by trying to Rx every WOD and trying to chase Billy Bad Ass. I need to realize my abilities and work from there.
