Getting Started
To get started at CrossFit Roselle, please schedule your free consultation/intro to CrossFit by clicking on the TRY US tab to the right. During the intro class, you'll undergo a warm-up, a skills session, and a short CrossFit workout. We'll also answer any additional questions you may have about our facility and our program at that time.
Should you then decide that CrossFit is right for you, you're ready to sign up for the On-Ramp program which will introduce you to the different movements/exercises we use on a daily basis. The On-Ramp classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm and on Saturdays at 8:30am. You will be required to attend a minimum of 6 On-Ramp classes before being allowed to attend the regular scheduled CrossFit classes.
Once you have completed the On-Ramp program and have demonstrated the ability to perform the various movements/exercises, you are then free to join any of our regular scheduled CrossFit classes.
