There will be no group warm-up, so you will need to come in and warm up on your own. A recommended warm up will be on the board; however, do whatever you need to do to be ready for the workout.
Although I've never done this workout, it seems like one that I would never want to repeat, especially only after a few days rest. If overhead squats and/or chest to bar pull-ups aren't your thing, you probably won't improve that much should you choose to redo it. And if you are good at these movements, it's probably safe to assume that your arms are going to be pretty sore for a while after, and there's a good chance you will tear your hands. So get it right the first time and give it all you have. Good luck!!!
