Eric is a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  He started CrossFitting in the fall of 2008 as a way to

stay fit over the winter.  He's never looked back, and continues to improve his strength and

general fitness.  Eric is interested in working with older adults, and would like to run a

daytime class reserved for adults 50+.  His other fitness interests

include mountain biking, backpacking, and swimming.
